Abstract

|
The reported cases of fractures in the femoral neck after healed intetrochanteric fractures consisted of fractures proximal to implants due to compression hip screws being too short and plate fixation. Here we present one case report of fracture of the femoral neck at the midportion of the neck without implant breakage and provide a review of the literature.
